What if my order arrives damaged?
If you received your order and it is damaged, let us know. If your order is to be delivered by a Freight Company or UPS, please inspect contents before signing acceptance and note any package damage on bill of lading. If contents inside are damaged, refuse delivery and don't sign the delivery Bill of Lading. Once you sign for the shipment, it is your responsibility to file a claim.

DIDN'T RECEIVE CORRECT ITEM:
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us prior to leaving feedback or attempting to return. We will always make your order right. If the item needs to be returned back to us due to our mistake, we will pay all return postage to return the item back to us. When contacting us please provide full UPC barcode number and/or Model Number off the wrong item you received to speed up the re-order process.
NO reorders will be processed without following our policy information procedure. Pictures may also be required to process re-order.
Returns
Machines must be in same condition and packaging as shipped. Shipping charges can not be credited and buyer pays for all return shipping with insurance. On free shipping items there will be a deduction of shipping fees before any money is refunded . Machines must be inspected by seller to be in same condition as when shipped to you. There will be a 15% restocking charge if returned. Buyer must get an RA # before any returns will be accepted. Thank You
