Small Vintage Porcelain Twin Baby Doll Figures Japan 4"

See photos! I am not much of a doll expert so while I believe these are porcelain I could be wrong. All I know is that they feel breakable. Their clothes have some staining and the one doll feels like the legs are unattached. I'm not sure if I can take the outfit off to find out for certain though. Japan is written on the back.
