VINTG 1933 CHICAGO WORLD'S FAIR NAMED WALKING CANE TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION BLDG

Description

Offered for you today is an original vintage 1933 Chicago World's Fair walking cane with the owners name.  We usually don't come across the owners name engraved on the cane.
We consider all reasonable offers.....go ahead and make us one!!  This could be yours today!!
It has the original badge on the neck from the Travel and Transportation Building.
At some point the metal tip on the end of the cane was replaced with a rubber tip.
Badge stamped in brass, secure, and in very good condition.
Cane shows signs of wear.  Engraving is in good legible condition.
A nice addition to any established or beginning collection.

Roscoe Augsbury
We looked up this name and found a Roscoe L. Augsbury living in Venice, Michigan during the 1930's.  Venice, Michigan was only 3hrs and 45 minutes from Chicago....so, possibly, this could be the same person named on the cane.  We don't know this for certain, so, we are not positive in identifying the owner.
Measurement
36 inches long x 1inch wide.
