obtained from former Federal Railroad Administration employee
without removing backing, i'm unable to determine if this is a
POSTER WITH BACKING BOARD, OR PRINTED SCREENED BOARD
GOOD TO VERY GOOD FORMALLY DISPLAYED CONDITION
heavy weight sign appears to have original wood outer frame
some aged lightening to graphics due to years of wall display
no real visible damage or scrape marks on front graphics surface
some white colored spots on front poster surface at bottom area
some spotting on back board at bottom right corner area
